I'm Adam Snow, a design consultant based in London. I build brands, lead creative teams, and work across every layer of the creative process from the first brief to the finished thing.

The work
Currently Head of Design at Screen Pilot, I've spent two decades shaping brand identities, campaigns, and digital work for some of the best known names in hospitality and travel. Outside of that, I take on projects where there's real creative ownership to be had. Brands being built from scratch, teams that need senior direction, businesses that have outgrown their current design thinking.
I lead when it's needed and get into the work when it isn't. Most clients find that combination hard to come by.
How I work
I start by understanding the real problem behind the brief, not just what's been asked for. From there I set a clear direction and see it through. The full process is outlined on the Approach page.

Who I work with
My background is in hospitality, travel, and leisure, and that's where much of my work lives. But the right project matters more than the sector. If you need senior design thinking and someone who can deliver, get in touch.
Outside of work
When I'm not designing, I'm usually behind a camera, playing guitar, or out in nature. The outdoors is my reset button. Walking, hiking, and working my way towards a consistent 10km. Most importantly, I'm devoted to my young family. They keep everything in perspective.
