Approach

Every project is different. The goal never is: design that solves a real problem, looks the part, and holds up in the real world.

Here's how I work.

Kickoff

Before anything else, we talk. I want to understand your business, what's driving the project, and where you want the brand to go. This isn't a brief review. It's a proper conversation about what success actually looks like.

Immersion

I spend time getting under the skin of your brand. Your audience, your market, your competitors, what sets you apart. Depending on the project, this might include site visits, stakeholder interviews, or desk research. The more you can share at this stage, the stronger everything that follows will be.

Creative Direction

Before any design work begins, I set the direction. I'll define two or three potential creative routes, described clearly with selective visual references, so we can align on the right approach before committing to it. No surprises later.

Design

The creative phase. Working to an agreed direction, I develop one or two refined concepts and present them with real world mockups so you can see how the work actually lives, not just how it looks on a screen.

Implementation

Final assets, production ready files, and where needed, liaison with printers, developers, and other vendors to make sure the work lands exactly as intended.

Ongoing

Some of my best client relationships started with a single project. If you need a creative partner beyond the initial brief, extending the brand, new campaigns, design leadership, I'm happy to talk about what that looks like.
