Process
Every project is different, but the goal is always the same: to create thoughtful, effective design that solves a real problem.
Over the years, the team and I have developed a process that helps us understand each client’s needs, uncover the core challenge, and deliver work that’s visually impactful and strategically aligned.
Kick-Off
An opportunity to get to know each other, hear about your work, what’s driving your investment in new creative, and where you see your brand heading in the future and how we design can support those goals.
Immersion
A phase designed to explore your goals, audience, brand story, market position, competitors, trends, and what sets you apart. Immersion research varies, and might include site visits and interviews. The more you can share about your vision, the stronger and more useful the outcome will be.
Creative Strategy
The strategy phase sets the direction. It connects insights from research to design ideas and defines how the visual phase is approached. At this stage several potential design routes are defind using clear descriptions with select visual cues. This gives space to react to each idea’s strengths and relevance, ensuring alignment before any design work begins.
Design
Happening over a number of weeks and culminating in a presentation for review. Since you are already agreed on the direction, the presentation usually demonstrates one or two refined concepts. Each concept includes mockups to demonstrate real world application of the creative solution relevant to your brand.
Implementation
Production of final design assets and liaising with vendors and make sure the creative is fully realised in real work applications.
Ongoing Support
Work beyond the initial project - whether that's extending a brand, creating new materials, or guiding future campaigns. Acting as your creative partner.
If you're looking for design that’s clear, considered, and creatively driven then I’d love to hear about your project. Get in touch.
